An innovative, flexible program that teaches students how to be money savvy. Explore how education & training affect career choices and earning potential. This program is open to all middle and high school students.

  • Career Exploration - Examines four essential components fo career or educational selection: Personality, Intersts, Skills and Values. A personalized computer-generated report along with an Action Plan and special questionnaire will help participants accurately assess their potential before selection future educational or career choices.

  • F.I.L.M. (Finding Inspiration in Literature and Movies) A literacy and movie curriculum that has the following components; seeing movies, discussion, writing and performing service projects. The objective is to explore stories in literature and award-winning films that help youth realize their full capabilities and strengthen a sense of character and community.

  • Project ALERT - A skills-based curriculum that teaches teens how to say "NO". Today, jore than ever, teens need help resisting drugs. Project Alert is a proven solution-nationally recognized substance abuse program that gives students insight, understanding and actual skills for resisting substance abuse.
  • NEFE High School Financial Literacy - An innovative, flexible program that teaches students how to be money savvy

  • Weekly Field Trips - Summer Program Only

  • Parent Involvement - Parents are required to attend an orientation session and participate in (1) parenting education workshop.
