Holistic Hardware II is presented through ten holistic tools - Harvest, Productivity, Skills, Search, Resume, Correspondence, Application, Marketing, Interview, and Transition.
This job readiness curriculum is designed to help both the unemployed and the underemployed. For the unemployed, these tools provide practical steps to get them back on their feet and into the workforce. For the underemployed, the holistic tools provide direction on how to get a better job and begin climbing the career ladder.
This approach to job preparation, attainment and retention is holistic, preparing for success in the workplace by encouraging them to first turn inward for personal growth and then outward for strategic networking.
